I have been using Lynx software for about 18 months and am very happy with it.  I have found Justin to be very good with support. He ALWAYS replies to my concerns within the hour. The support I have needed is really over and beyond what he needs to do.  It is usually my fault if there is a problem,  but he has been there for me.  They do back up their product.
