Uniwell Lynx is designed to enhance the operation of Uniwell’s excellent range of touch screen Hybrid ePOS terminals
In addition to its POS programming and detailed sales reporting, Uniwell Lynx has an optional Customer Management module, that provides three primary functions:
- Back-office record maintenance of your Customer database
- Integration with your Uniwell POS customer account features, including reporting, issuing statements and collecting payments
- Customer loyalty reporting, including a powerful ‘Email Customer Promotions’ feature

Data maintenance:
- Add new customers to your database, or modify details of existing customers, and send to your Uniwell POS terminals
- Control Customer specific settings in your POS terminals, including automated Price Level shift, loyalty ratio or discount percentage
- Custom fields can be designated for social media account data for promotional purposes
- Import Customer contact information from a CSV file, allowing data migration from other systems with export facilities
Account Customer management:
- Integrate with Customer Account sales performed at your Uniwell POS terminals
- Collect account sales data for reporting and analysis
- Generate and email or print Customer Statements
- Receive payments directly at the back-office
Customer Loyalty features:
- Customer sales reports, including ‘Top Customers’ and ‘Customer Item Sales’ reports
- Email Customer Promotions allows you to select specific groups of customers based on various criteria and email promotions, or export their details for external data merging
