Successful applicants will initially be granted ‘Trade Customer status’, allowing them to offer Uniwell Lynx along with their Uniwell POS installations. After an initial trial period, dealers who wish to focus on promoting Uniwell POS and Uniwell Lynx actively in their marketplace may be eligible for ‘Reseller status’, which will entitle them to additional benefits. Terms and Conditions of Software Sales to Resellers and End-users:
- Software is available by electronic delivery with Electronic License Activation (ELA) only. No physical goods are shipped with the purchase of software. [Note: The end-user’s computer will require internet access (at least temporarily) for software to be downloaded and licensed.]
- Software licenses are only issued and services performed after payment is received.
- Dealer Licenses – Dealers can purchase a ‘Not-for-Resale’ license to use a Lynx Software product in-house for system setup or support purposes. Electronic Licenses allow access to an individual product (SharpLynx or Uniwell Lynx) on an in-house computer.
- Payment can be made by direct deposit only (details found on invoice).
